Scene-specific Usage Notes
1.Metal mine narrow-gauge tunnel operation: Before entering the secondary tunnel below 1.6 meters, check the size of the oil tank (3126*800*1485mm) and the width of the tunnel to avoid damaging the sealing structure of the oil tank;
2. Damp tunnel clearance: Every week, check if any water vapor has seeped into the sealing area of the oil tank. Use the quick-opening hatch to inspect the oil condition to prevent oil from emulsifying due to water vapor.
3. Heavy-duty dumping operation: Before the operation, check the liquid level and oil temperature through the monitoring system. If any abnormalities are detected, they should be dealt with promptly to prevent the reduction in flow when multiple actions are combined.
4. Filter element replacement: Replace the filter element at the 2000-hour oil change cycle. During the operation, avoid the peak period of underground dust. After replacement, ensure that the quick-opening hatch is tightly sealed.
